Music in the Occupied Poland

This project was intended to present the music of Chopin and the unique role it played in the context of the realities of occupied Poland. To this end, an multi-modular, international exhibit, as well as a chamber concert, organized at the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw, were conceived as a reconstruction of wartime artistic events which were organized in the Polish capital.

Lutosławski and his Musical Ideas

Subsequently, the exhibit was purchased by the Ministry of External Affairs, and subsequently shown in Polish diplomatic locations in Basel, Bern, Bratislava, Brussels, Bucharest, Kharkiv, Moscow, Beijing, Riga, and Tallinn.
